Stephanie is the only artist at 46 & 2 Tattoo who is willing to work with minors but there are a few requirements.
1. The client must be at least 16 years of age at the time of tattoo.
2. Both persons, (minor and parent / legal guardian) MUST have a government issued identification which includes full name, birth date, and photo along with the minor’s birth certificate before the tattoo can be started.
3. The parent / legal guardian must be present for document signing and to approve design and placement of the tattoo.
PREGNANT OR NURSING?
The artists at 46&2 Tattoo will not tattoo any person who is pregnant, nursing/breastfeeding or pumping.
